During your 30-Minute Discovery Call, you will have the opportunity to share your health concerns and experiences. We will outline our approach and how it differs from other methods you may have tried. We will answer any questions you have about our process and discuss whether partnering with our team is the right next step for you. Our goal is to ensure that you feel informed and confident moving forward.
Before your In-depth 2-Hour Wellness Consultation, you will complete our health intake forms, allowing us to review your medical history and past lab results in advance. During the consultation, we will thoroughly review your health background to establish a baseline for your current condition. We will discuss the likely causes of your health concerns and explain how we can assist in addressing them. Together, we will determine which of our wellness programs best aligns with your needs and goals
Our programs begin with a comprehensive analysis of your current health status. Based on your medical history and wellness objectives, you will undergo advanced diagnostic tests to evaluate hormonal balance, nutritional status, stress levels, and potential risk for chronic conditions. Following lab analysis, we will create a personalized wellness program tailored to your specific needs. Depending on your chosen program, this may include specialized nutrition or weight loss strategies, lifestyle and stress management mentoring, high-quality nutritional supplements, and bio-identical hormone therapy when appropriate. We will work together to achieve your health goals and ensure long-term success.
We do not bill through insurance in order to provide the highest level of personalized care. This allows us to focus on your health without time constraints or insurance mandates. We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, FSA, and HSA.
We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your appointment, the following policy applies:
- Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled appointment will receive a 50% refund of the consultation fee. The remaining 50% will be credited toward a future appointment, valid for up to one year for the same individual.
- Rescheduling: Appointments rescheduled more than 3 days in advance incur no additional cost.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 3 days of the appointment are non-refundable.
Refunds and credits are subject to meeting cancellation criteria.
For us to abide by state law and provide the most personalized care possible, we require all new patients to have a minimum of one in-person visit to establish care.
